Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) from 8am to 5pm (Eastern time). Orders for in-stock items which are received before noon (freight items) or 1pm (ground/expedited shipping) eastern time are shipped no later than the following business day. Orders for items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as possible. If the item will not be available for shipment within four business days, or if expedited shipping is requested, the customer will be notified by email or phone of the estimated ship date.
All products require immediate refrigeration upon arriving at its destination.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Sorrel Delight ships only to the contiguous United States (U.S.).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 10 miles of our physical store.
Deliveries are made from 10 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
Sorry, we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of the contiguous U.S.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchange perishable products.
