What began with sorrel beverages is growing into a collection of preserves, syrups and other ways to bring sorrel to the glass, the table and the moments shared around it.
Rooted in tradition and shaped by a love of beautiful presentation and generous hospitality, Sorrel Delight was created to explore what this familiar Caribbean flavor could become.
The idea is simple: honor what makes sorrel distinctive while giving it room to be experienced in new and unexpected ways.

More Than a Drink. A Deeper Connection.
Sorrel Delight™ began during a time when something familiar took on new meaning for me.
During the pandemic, when being with my family suddenly felt much farther away, I returned to sorrel—a flavor I remembered from childhood, filled with memories of family, celebration and joy.
At the same time, I was becoming more intentional about my health and the way I wanted to live. But living more consciously didn't mean leaving behind the Caribbean flavors and traditions I loved.
I believed both could be true.
Caribbean flavor could be vibrant and joyful while thoughtfully made. Tradition could be honored while leaving room for something new. And the flavors I had always known could be presented with a level of quality, beauty and care that felt worthy of them.
That belief became the beginning of Sorrel Delight.
The vision was never simply to bottle sorrel.
I wanted to create an experience around it—the flavor, the hospitality surrounding it, the beauty of its presentation and the pleasure of placing something special on the table for someone else to enjoy.
Today, as Sorrel Delight grows from beverages into preserves, syrups and new ways to experience sorrel, the intention remains the same: to honor what makes the flavor distinctive while giving it room to be discovered in beautiful and unexpected ways.
